As Chief Executive Officer, Christian Stewart leads the organization with a strong foundation in engineering, infrastructure development, and technical project execution. With well over a decade of experience, his expertise spans land surveying, sewer system assessment, geological services, and CADD design, enabling him to guide both operational and strategic initiatives with precision and insight.
Christian’s leadership is hands-on and solutions-driven. He works closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure technical integrity, financial accountability, and seamless project delivery from concept through completion.
Leron Fields
COO & Lead Project Manager
As Chief Operating Officer, Leron brings over two decades of experience in operations and project management, providing strategic direction and leadership across complex infrastructure projects and organizational operations. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Sustainability from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, he combines his academic background with extensive expertise in contract negotiation, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and project scheduling to drive operational excellence and align workflows with client objectives.
Leron’s ability to balance big-picture planning with hands-on execution makes him a trusted leader across multidisciplinary initiatives.
